In addition to his career as a performing and recording musician, Eli is also a teacher with many years of experience. From 2005-2014, he taught percussion, guitar, piano, bass guitar, ukulele, and directed ensembles at a number of schools in the greater Philadelphia area, grades K-12. Eli has been an elementary and middle school general music teacher since 2014; first in Philadelphia, now in western MA. He holds a Jazz Performance Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University, and a Master of Arts in Teaching Music Degree from The University of the Arts.
